Join Medical City Dallas as a Critical Care Registered Nurse in our Super Pool on the night shift. We're seeking experienced RNs passionate about patient care to work in our 895-bed tertiary care center.
What You'll Do- Assess patient health status and develop individualized, goal-directed nursing care plans
- Provide direct care to ICU, PCU, and Med Surg patients as assigned
- Assume charge responsibilities as requested and required
- Develop and implement patient teaching plans for health promotion and restoration
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members on patient care
- Graduate of accredited school of professional nursing; BSN required within 24 months
- Minimum two years critical care, ICU, or hospital experience within last three years
- Current RN license in Texas or compact license
- Current BLS and ACLS provider certifications required
- $10,000 sign-on bonus potential

Depending on the facility, you may also handle admissions paperwork, manage wound care, supervise medication techs, and respond to emergencies. The documentation load in senior living is significant — state surveys and compliance requirements mean thorough charting is non-negotiable. Many nurses in this setting say the most rewarding part is knowing their residents personally and being able to notice subtle changes that a rotating hospital nurse might miss.
