Join Our Team as a Hospitality Aide Provide Compassionate Support and Enhance Resident Comfort We're seeking a dedicated and dependable Hospitality Aide to join our team! This role is essential in supporting residents’ daily care while helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Success in this position requires reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Your Impact as a Hospitality Aide In this role, you will: Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical): Assist the nursing department with non-nursing tasks, including bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies. Assist with Meals: Prepare, deliver, and clean up meals following dietary guidelines and safety standards. Encourage Participation: Support a positive living environment by encouraging residents to engage in activities and social programs. Maintain Cleanliness: Keep resident rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe. Provide Laundry Assistance: Assist with resident laundry services as needed. Follow Safety & Compliance Standards: Comply with the Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and all company and departmental safety policies and procedures. Observe and Report: Identify and promptly report concerns, safety issues, or conditions requiring management or nursing attention. Assist as Needed: Perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations. Life-safety equipment checks (fire extinguishers, exit lighting, generator testing) happen on set schedules. Activities professionals plan and lead group programming — exercise classes, crafts, music sessions, outings — and also provide one-on-one engagement for residents who cannot participate in group settings. Social workers manage care conferences, discharge planning, family mediation, and community resource referrals.
