Job Description
Medical City Dallas seeks a dedicated Level IV NICU Registered Nurse for full-time night shift (7P-7A) in our 108-bed neonatal intensive care unit. Join our team and provide compassionate, patient-centered care with access to cutting-edge medical technology.
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and provide direct patient care
- Plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans to optimize outcomes
- Supervise non-licensed nursing staff within RN scope of practice
- Incorporate teaching into all aspects of nursing practice
Requirements
- ADN/BSN required with 12 month enrollment and 24 month completion
- Texas State RN license or compact license; one year recent Level III or IV NICU experience
- STABLE certification within 18 months; Neonate Resuscitate within 6 months
- BCLS or BCLS Instructor within 30 days; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Depending on the facility, you may also handle admissions paperwork, manage wound care, supervise medication techs, and respond to emergencies.
