Position Objective: Are you looking for a position to impact patients and families? Job Summary : As an AIDE of Kindful Health you will work with the RN Case Manager to provide best in class care to a reasonably sized case load. The AIDE will present at IDT every 2 weeks with updates from their fellow care team members and coordinate with the RN Case Manager, Clinical Director and Medical Director to assure best in class care. Essential Education and Experience : Must be a certified as a nurse aide with a current license and current with your continuing education Responsibilities & Duties: The AIDE will be responsible for: Adheres to all regulatory requirements and professional standards Follows policies and procedures consistent with recognized standards of professional practice Identifies system problems or inefficiencies that may negatively affect patient care Manage clinical excellence within your patient census. Provide high levels of communication both internally with the Kindful team and externally with patients and families to assure top CAHPS scores Collaborate with your RN Case Manager, Clinical Director, Medical Director and entire team to provide a "concierge" level hospice experience Qualifications & Skills : The best candidate for this opportunity demonstrates mastery of all facets of hospice care and displays a communication style that makes everyone who works with them want to do their best. This team member is happy in the field providing patient care and embraces new opportunities to learn and grow. Compensation : Hourly - $21 - $22 per hour. What to Expect in This Role Day-to-Day

Your day typically begins with morning routines — helping residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and getting to breakfast. Throughout the shift, you will assist with meals, escort residents to activities, monitor for changes in behavior or health, and document everything in the care log. Vital signs checks happen at regular intervals, and you will be the first person to notice if something seems off with a resident.

The team dynamic is close-knit. You will work alongside other aides, report to the charge nurse, and communicate with families who visit. In memory care units, redirection and engagement activities are a big part of the role — keeping residents calm, oriented, and socially active. The work is physically and emotionally demanding, but many aides describe deep bonds with the residents they care for and a sense of purpose that keeps them in the field long-term.
