Full-time Description Klarus Home Health is currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee their home health staff in Fort Worth, TX and the surrounding areas. The Registered Nurse Clinical Nurse Manager is a licensed registered nurse who provides oversight of all patient/client care services and personnel. Ensures quality of patient/client care in the home. Coordinates care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/client, family and referring agency. Requirements Graduate of an accredited school for the discipline license held. Current State license as a Registered Nurse. Must have a current State Driver’s License. At least one year of experience in home health care with strong knowledge of OASIS is required. At least one year of management experience is also required. A good understanding of the Federal, State and local laws/regulatory guidelines governing the operation of a Home Health agency Skills: Clinical skills as defined by generally accepted standards of practice. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Proven decision-making skills. If required to make visits, proof of current CPR certification is needed. Transportation: Reliable transportation and valid, current auto liability insurance and driver's license. Environmental and Working Conditions: Performs duties in an office environment during agency operating hours. If required to make patient/client visits, may work inpatients’/clients’ homes in various conditions. Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally. Some exposure to unpleasant weather. PRN emergency call availability. Clinical Manager or Alternate must be available during all operating hours either in person or via telecommunications. Physical and Mental Effort: Prolonged sitting required, with the ability to operate office equipment, which may include heavy lifting, bending, and standing. Requires the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and courteously at all times. If required to make patient/client visits, prolonged standing and walking are required, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move patients/clients. Requires working under some stressful conditions to meet deadlines and patient/client needs and to make quick decisions and resource acquisition. What to Expect in This Role Day-to-Day

Based on typical senior living facilities in the DFW area.

A typical shift starts with medication pass and resident assessments. You will review overnight notes from the previous shift, check vitals for residents on your watch list, and coordinate with CNAs on any changes in condition. Mid-shift usually involves documentation, family communication, and working with physicians on care plan updates — often by phone or telehealth rather than in-person rounds.

Depending on the facility, you may also handle admissions paperwork, manage wound care, supervise medication techs, and respond to emergencies. The documentation load in senior living is significant — state surveys and compliance requirements mean thorough charting is non-negotiable. Many nurses in this setting say the most rewarding part is knowing their residents personally and being able to notice subtle changes that a rotating hospital nurse might miss.
