HomeWell Care Services Mansfield is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide exclusive, full-time care for a single client in Southwest Fort Worth. This salaried position offers consistency, relationship-building, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact in one client's daily life.
What You'll Do- Assist with activities of daily living, personal care, bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide mobility and transfer assistance with dignity and compassion
- Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and provide companionship
- Monitor client condition changes and provide medication reminders
- Offer transportation assistance and emotional support as needed
- Active CNA Certification with minimum 2 years stroke patient care experience
- Reside within 20 miles of ZIP Code 76132
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Pass state and national background checks
- Strong communication skills and dependable, professional demeanor
- Full-time salaried position, average 40 hours per week with consistent schedule

Vital signs checks happen at regular intervals, and you will be the first person to notice if something seems off with a resident.
The team dynamic is close-knit. You will work alongside other aides, report to the charge nurse, and communicate with families who visit. In memory care units, redirection and engagement activities are a big part of the role — keeping residents calm, oriented, and socially active. The work is physically and emotionally demanding, but many aides describe deep bonds with the residents they care for and a sense of purpose that keeps them in the field long-term.
