Signature Lifestyle Associate, Full Time The Lifestyle Associate performs various supportive daily services for Independent Living residents participating in the Signature Lifestyle Program under the supervision of the Program Manager. He/she assists with daily activities, provides reminders, conducts well-being checks, and offers enhanced housekeeping and laundry support to simplify daily routines for program residents. Duties may include, but are not limited to: Morning and evening wellness checks Change bed linens and make bed up daily as needed Provide daily housekeeping as needed Reminders to complete daily tasks, attend activities or outings, or join meals Reminders to take medications Escort to meals or activities Assist with laundry as needed Other general duties as assigned not related to personal care or health care provision Conducting and participating in scheduled resident activities as outlined in the Bridge Social Program Communicates to Program Manager and the appropriate responsible party about changes in the resident's status. Infection control protocols are more rigorous than in hotels or commercial cleaning, especially during flu season or respiratory illness outbreaks.

Maintenance staff handle a daily work order queue β€” everything from changing light bulbs and fixing call buttons to HVAC maintenance and plumbing repairs. Life-safety equipment checks (fire extinguishers, exit lighting, generator testing) happen on set schedules. Activities professionals plan and lead group programming β€” exercise classes, crafts, music sessions, outings β€” and also provide one-on-one engagement for residents who cannot participate in group settings. Social workers manage care conferences, discharge planning, family mediation, and community resource referrals.
