Requirements: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or University Successful completion of the Clinical Fellowship year, CCC-SLP License to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of Texas Experience in pediatrics required Home health experience preferred Bilingual in Spanish a plus Must carry valid auto insurance and drivers license. Responsibilities: Provide skilled speech therapy services in the home or daytime facility of patients 0-21 years of age, 2 or more times per week, in accordance with physician orders Define patients degree and type of speech, language, voice, oral-motor, swallowing, feeding, auditory processing, and/or fluency impairment(s) by selecting and administering the most appropriate testing instruments Interpret diagnostic data and prepare written diagnostic reports In collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team, plan and evaluate team goals for each patient as well as advise, consult, and instruct team in specific speech therapy modalities and interventions Plan for and modify care to meet goals of speech therapy interventions Educate staff, caregivers, and patients by designing and delivering training, printed material/resources and in-service programs in accordance with a total speech therapy program May provide supervision to Clinical Fellows of Speech Pathology and/or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants if you possess three or more years of experience Benefits: Full-Time Benefits · Comprehensive medical/vision/dental · CEU Reimbursement · Professional License Renewal Reimbursement · Material Reimbursement · PTO (Paid Time Off) · Voluntary Benefits · Bonus Opportunities · Tablet/Phone · 401K Employer Match Part-time Benefits: · Material Reimbursement · CEU Reimbursement · Bonus Opportunities · Tablet/Phone · 401k Employer Match Most importantly, the opportunity to work for a company that puts their employee's first! What to Expect in This Role Day-to-Day

Based on typical senior living facilities in the DFW area.

For housekeeping roles, the day follows a room-by-room schedule — cleaning resident rooms, sanitizing common areas, managing laundry, and responding to spill or accident cleanups as they happen. Infection control protocols are more rigorous than in hotels or commercial cleaning, especially during flu season or respiratory illness outbreaks.

Maintenance staff handle a daily work order queue — everything from changing light bulbs and fixing call buttons to HVAC maintenance and plumbing repairs. Life-safety equipment checks (fire extinguishers, exit lighting, generator testing) happen on set schedules. Activities professionals plan and lead group programming — exercise classes, crafts, music sessions, outings — and also provide one-on-one engagement for residents who cannot participate in group settings. Social workers manage care conferences, discharge planning, family mediation, and community resource referrals. Across all these roles, the common thread is that you become a familiar, trusted presence in residents' daily lives.
