At The Monarch at Richardson Assisted Living Memory Care, we are looking for compassionate, dependable, and service-oriented team members to join our caregiving team. As a Caregiver/Wellness Associate, you will play an important role in enriching the lives of our residents by providing daily support, meaningful engagement, and exceptional care in a warm and welcoming environment. CNA certification is welcomed but NOT required. We are looking for caring hearts and positive attitudes! What You’ll Do: * Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility * Provide compassionate support and companionship * Help residents maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life * Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing leadership * Assist with dining services, activities, and resident engagement * Ensure residents are safe, comfortable, and cared for at all times * Support residents living with memory loss through patience, kindness, and understanding What We’re Looking For: * Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented individuals * A positive attitude and strong work ethic * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Experience in senior living, caregiving, or customer service is preferred but not required * Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed * CNA certification is a plus, but not required If you are passionate about caring for others and want to be part of a team that feels like family, we would love to meet you!
