As a Wellness Director under the guidance of the Executive Director, your contributions will extend beyond traditional care to enhance and preserve the independence and wellbeing of our cherished residents. Wellness Director / Director of Nursing Job Profile: Leadership Excellence: Maintain, manage, and inspire a full team through recruiting, interviewing, mentoring, and coaching. Resident-Centric Care: Perform comprehensive assessments, coordinate individualized care plans, and provide empathetic, personalized care. Effective Collaboration: Liaise seamlessly with internal staff, third-party vendors, and medical professionals. Quality Assurance: Lead staff meetings, manage service agreements, update physician order sheets, and assure compliance with healthcare protocols. Continuous Oversight: Ensure proper medication management, complete timely audits, handle incident reporting, and conduct investigations. Emergency Response: Assist in resident evacuation during emergencies. Other duties as strategically aligned with our mission and vision. Job Requirements: Your Qualifications Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Wellness Director, Director of Nursing, or equivalent, preferably in senior care.
