Position: CNA (contract) Location: NORTH Fort Worth, TX Compensation: $15-18/hour Hours: 10 hours/week We are looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Fort Worth, TX (Haltom City) to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients’ homes in accordance with a physician established care plan. This role is a 1099 contract opportunity. Patient's needs include 10 hours/week, flexible schedule . Responsibilities Provides direct patient care within the patient's home, under the direction of the RN, and according to the Aide Plan of Care Appropriately reports changes in the patient's condition to the RN/the care team and documents pertinent information Practices in accordance with accepted infection control principles. Vital signs checks happen at regular intervals, and you will be the first person to notice if something seems off with a resident.
