Job Description
Join Medical City Las Colinas as Director of Women's Services, leading 24/7 departmental operations supporting our hospital mission. You'll manage all business functions while fostering effective relationships across patients, families, physicians, and departments.
What You'll Do
- Provide leadership of all departmental functions in support of hospital mission, vision and strategic goals
- Ensure alignment of systems to support department business while focusing on people, services, and financial stewardship
- Oversee day-to-day operations including payroll, hiring, scheduling, orientation, and staff evaluations
- Mentor and coach staff while validating competency of new and existing team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
- Five years of nursing experience
- Previous department Director or Manager experience with at least two years in role
- Texas state RN license (RN compact license acceptable)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certifications
