Medical Field Case Manager

Enlyte seeks a compassionate Field Case Manager to support injured workers' recovery journeys. You'll collaborate with physicians, employers, and patients to create treatment plans and facilitate return-to-work outcomes.

What You'll Do
  • Assess injured persons' recovery and create tailored treatment plans with physicians and providers
  • Advocate treatment recommendations with healthcare providers, employers, and customers
  • Work with employers to modify job duties and facilitate early return to work
  • Independently manage caseload, prioritize cases, and attend patient appointments as needed
  • Prepare status updates and evaluate case goals based on patient improvement
Requirements
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
  • 2 years clinical practice preferred; workers' compensation experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation for in-person appointments in McKinsey, Texas area
  • Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, and strong written communication skills
