Job Description
Jet Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for home health care in the Fort Worth, Texas area. This ongoing staff position offers the opportunity to provide quality care to geriatric patients in their homes.
What You'll Do
- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
- Perform medication administration, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor client conditions and report changes to management
- Execute doctors' orders and perform client assessments
- Document observations and interventions using state-of-the-art tablet technology
Requirements
- Current State or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Minimum one year of clinical experience preferred
- Valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance
- Knowledge of OASIS and end-of-life care experience preferred
- Demonstrate knowledge and skillset in current nursing practice

Depending on the facility, you may also handle admissions paperwork, manage wound care, supervise medication techs, and respond to emergencies. The documentation load in senior living is significant — state surveys and compliance requirements mean thorough charting is non-negotiable. Many nurses in this setting say the most rewarding part is knowing their residents personally and being able to notice subtle changes that a rotating hospital nurse might miss.
