Join Life Care Home Health as a Registered Nurse providing skilled nursing care to clients in their homes across Texas, Florida, Nevada, and Georgia. What You'll Do
- Complete initial and ongoing assessments including OASIS to identify client needs
- Develop, initiate, and revise Plans of Care to ensure quality and continuity
- Supervise and provide clinical direction to LVNs, LPNs, CNAs, and HHAs
- Coordinate services and communicate changes in patient condition to physicians
- Participate in case conferences and complete timely documentation for compliance
Requirements
- One year RN experience in clinical care setting; home health experience preferred
- Current state RN license and valid CPR certification at all times
- Current driver's license in good standing with reliable transportation and auto insurance
- Completion of accredited RN program; BSN preferred
- Ability to lift/transfer up to 50 lbs and work flexible schedules with on-call responsibilities

Depending on the facility, you may also handle admissions paperwork, manage wound care, supervise medication techs, and respond to emergencies. The documentation load in senior living is significant — state surveys and compliance requirements mean thorough charting is non-negotiable. Many nurses in this setting say the most rewarding part is knowing their residents personally and being able to notice subtle changes that a rotating hospital nurse might miss.
